Nestled on Corporation Street in the heart of Chesterfield, Indian Blues brings the rich, aromatic flavours of the Indian subcontinent to Derbyshire. Every dish begins the traditional way — whole spices toasted and ground in-house, marinades rested overnight, and breads slapped to the walls of a fiercely hot clay tandoor.
From slow-cooked bhunas and silky kormas to fiery naga and Goan specialities, our kitchen honours classic recipes while adding a flourish that is unmistakably ours. The same care goes into every takeaway we send out — same authentic flavours, same warm welcome.
