Indian Blues is the trading name of Adamoni Pata Limited, an Indian restaurant and takeaway at 7 Corporation Street, Chesterfield, Derbyshire, S41 7TP. The company is registered in England and Wales under company number 17272927, and that address is also its registered office. For the purposes of UK data protection law (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018), Adamoni Pata Limited is the "data controller" of the personal information described in this policy. What we collect and why

Table booking requests. When you use the booking form on this website, we collect your name, phone number, email address, requested date, time, party size and any notes you choose to add (which may include allergy or dietary information). We use this solely to process and confirm your booking and to contact you about it. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract — in plain terms, arranging your table.

Emails and phone calls. If you contact us directly by email or phone, we keep that correspondence for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and for our ordinary business records.

Online orders. Food orders are placed through our ordering partner (Eat Presto), which is the data controller for the details you enter on their platform. Their own privacy policy applies to that service.

How your booking request travels

The booking form is delivered to us by email via FormSubmit, a form-processing service. Your details are transmitted securely and used only to deliver the message to our inbox. We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for marketing.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. It loads fonts from Google Fonts and an embedded map from Google Maps; those services may receive your IP address and standard technical information when the content loads, as described in Google's own privacy policy.

How long we keep your information

Booking correspondence is kept for up to 12 months, after which it is deleted, unless we are required to keep it longer for legal or accounting reasons.

Your rights

You have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to data portability.
